Passion for Property Care, Built from the Ground Up
Sean’s Property Services was founded by Sean in 2021, a hard-working entrepreneur who turned his passion into a business.
Originally from Jamaica, Sean immigrated to Canada in the late '90s and spent years working in farming, factory jobs, and manufacturing—but he always knew his heart wasn’t in it.
As the kids grew up and moved out, he and his partner, Lee, made the bold decision to take a leap of faith. Sean quit his job to build something of his own, doing what he truly loves.

As a small business owner, Sean is dedicated to keeping things personal. Unlike large landscaping companies, he believes in going the extra mile, adding the little touches that truly make a property stand out—just as he would for his own home.
They say, “Do what you love, and it won’t feel like work.” For Sean, that love has always been caring for his home, maintaining his yard, and perfecting his landscaping.
What started as a personal passion quickly became his profession, and today, he brings that same pride and attention to detail to every customer’s property.
